If you want a protein treatment, mix a bit of yogurt with egg and if you want to strengthen your hair use egg whites, and if you want to hydrate it use the egg yolk.
Apply the mixture the same way as with the yogurt, but do not hold it more than an hour. Excessive exposure to proteins can damage the hair. Rinse with lukewarm water and wash your hair as usual.
