DIY Gentle parsley facial toner

Over the years and as a result of various factors from the environment the skin changes the appearance and condition. We can notice stains, freckles and other irregularities appear on our face.

Do not despair if a notice this on your face – there are completely natural ways to restore the face healthy, fresh and clean look. This homemade parsley toner is one of them! In addition it will help you to whiten and clean the skin, it will eliminate the pigmented spots, freckles and it will restore your healthy complexion.

With just a little effort you can prepare the parsley toner and use it every day!

Why is parsley so good for the complexion?

Parsley is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its juice contains essential oils with a high content of potassium and manganese.

In cosmetology parsley has always been known for its whitening and regenerative properties. It eliminates redness, irritation and swelling, refreshes and tones. It also protects the skin from the appearance of wrinkles. It is excellent for the care of the sensitive eye area. Also it helps eliminate acne and blackheads.
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chopped fresh (or dried) parsley leaves,
200 ml of boiling water,
1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider

Preparation:  Pour boiling water over the parsley and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove it from the heat and let it cool. Then strain it and add lemon juice or apple cider.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 5-6 days. Use the toner every morning and evening by applying it on a piece of cotton pad and rub the whole face. After a month you’ll notice that the spots and stains from the face will disappear.

If you want to eliminate the dark circles and redness of the eyes, make the same toner, but without the addition of lemon juice. Soak cotton swabs in this lotion and put on the eyes in the morning and evening, leaving them for 5 minutes.

This recipe was created at a time when there were no modern sunscreens, and people then were also exposed to the sun. Sun Oil by recipe of our grandmothers
In a glass bottle with a wide aperture or slightly larger jar put a few carrots, a few chopped green walnuts, very few lavender flowers, and also can be added a few flowers of sage. The bottle has to be filled with approximately 60-70 percent of these contents, then put the extra-virgin olive oil to its top. Left the mixture in the sun light for 20 to 25 days, shake it a little each day and eventually fine-strained through several layers of gauze.

Olive oil has a natural protective factor of 2, which is negligible protection for today’s radiation, but with carrot and walnut it has naturally bigger factor, so they significantly raises the safety factor of our oil, and also nourishes the skin. Carrots are rich with beta-carotene and vitamin A, and are also used in modern sunscreens because it rejuvenates the skin and slows down its aging, prevents photo-sensitivity and accelerates tanning.

Lavender and sage are great for skin care, have anti-inflammatory effect on acne, burns, wounds and the sage, salvia officinalis, also reduces cellulite. In addition, these ingredients give a wonderful aroma oil.

FAST technique for getting rid of cellulite – ready for the summer!

Cellulite is every woman nightmare! How could it not be when it makes the skin like orange peel. But do not despair!

There are many successful methods and preparation for its elimination, but today’s post is for a very fast technique for removing cellulite!

We present to you a method called “dry brushing”.

 

Why is this method proved to be one of the most effective in removing cellulite?

The expert, Dr. Carla Hutchinson explains, “When you apply this massage technique on the area of skin with cellulite, you actually accelerating its successful removal.”

And here’s how this method works:

First and foremost you should have a brush (the ideal would be if it is harder) for massaging cellulite. These can be purchased in all well stocked shops of cosmetics.

There are many different shapes, materials and design, the most important thing is the brush you buy is just for that purpose because it is specially designed to massage the skin with cellulite.

Here’s what you should do to solve cellulite:

Every day before you shower, take brush in hand and massage the entire body, paying most attention of course to the region where the cellulite appear. It should not be massaged less than 5 minutes.

The movements are circular, counter-clockwise and slow.On the area where you have cellulite bring a little more attention, detail massaging every inch of skin.

Why it is recommended that this massage works on dry skin?

The answer is simple: to remove dead cells from the skin (and thus prepared for the bath and lotions after bathing) and to encourage better blood circulation in your skin. This circulation is crucial because it helps the formation of new cells in the dermis and epidermis.

Also, due to the circulation, your pores will open and later when you put various lotions and preparations will aid in efficient absorption of their nutrients under the skin.

How to make a self-tanning lotion with natural ingredients!

The season of warm days and lighter clothes is coming. You should be preparing to wear short skirts and fluttering dresses, shorts and tops. Many girls decide to go to the solarium. Although dermatologists strictly warn that if you go to the solarium you expose your body  to high levels of UV radiation, which can be up to almost 25 times higher than the midday summer sun. Human skin is not intended for large exposure to solar radiation. In one research in the UK, where going to the solarium is one of the most popular ways of self-tanning, it was discovered that the number of people suffering from skin cancer is 85%!

Experts say self-tanning creams are also not healthy! Women who frequently use these creams may have fertility problems. This is because these creams contain the level of “allowable” cocktail of hormones.

We represent  you a revolutionary method for self-tanning lotion, without any harmful chemicals or the use of tanning beds!

Ingredients you need for the lotion:

– Black tea – 8 bags (organic)
– Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
– Water – 470 ml

Preparation:

Put the water and vanilla extract to boil, then pour over the tea bags and steer for 8 minutes. When it is completely cooled, pour the liquid into a bottle with a pump.
Extra tip: Before spraying, for best effect, you may want to do the most ordinary body scrub.

Application on the skin:

Spray the skin in several layers, then thoroughly rub it on the skin. You’ll see the effect after the first round of application. Of course, it takes a minimum of an hour to make the skin absorb all the ingredients and darken.
