Tabata is a Japanese learning exercise and it involves pretty hard exercises (exercises that lead to the moment when you can not breathe and you think that you will lose power at any moment). These exercises are done in short intervals. Suppose you run a sprint or high intensity exercises  for 20 seconds, then slow down for 10 seconds and repeat this set for a total of four minutes. This way you will burn more calories, the only condition is that during the interval of 20 seconds you work out using full force with the whole body. In the beginning it will be difficult, but over time you’ll get the rhythm and get into shape.

If you travel a lot, we recommend that you always carry a jumping rope and trainers. It is a portable cardio machine. Using a jumping rope burns 11.5 calories per minute, so if you work out for 20 minutes you will burn 230 calories. If you can not do 20 minutes try to do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the evening.

3. Circular train 

In order to increase calorie burn during your workout start with the circular train mode. This means that you need to do the exercises one after the other, without any breaks and rest in between. Studies show that this type of exercise burns 9 calories per minute, which is almost 30% higher than when you pause between each exercise.

6 exercises that will make your body perfect

Not everyone is born as sports fans and there is large number of women who have never set foot in a gym or fitness center.
And we really understand!
However, if you want to be satisfied with the appearance of your body, we have to disappoint you, but – exercises are compulsory!
Don’t worry, that does not involve long hours of sweat and torture. It will take just 45 minutes a day to do exercises to target parts of the body.
Today we present 6 exercises that will activate the entire body and bring it to perfection.

1.  Skipping rope – This is the best cardio workout if you’re not a fan of jogging or cycling. Besides being fun, skipping rope will speed up your heart rate and sweat you. Skipping rope burns more calories than any other cardio exercise. The best thing is that you can do this exercise anywhere.

2. Squats – A powerful exercise that helps to tighten the buttocks and legs, increase strength and burn calories. If you want to speed up your heart rate and increase the number of calories you burn, hop after each squat. Or, drop down into a squatting position and do small movements to stretch the muscles. Candida (Candida albicans) is one of the most common causes of fungal diseases of the skin, mucous membranes, nails and internal organs.
In humans it can occur at any age, but is most common in infants and the elderly.

This fungus is never found free in nature. It is a normal resident of man’s digestive organs. In healthy individuals it can be found in the mouth or vaginal mucosa, but only in the form of spores.

Causes of Candida

1. Rest and hydration – Fatigue and dehydration can be easily seen on your face. Therefore, make sure that you sleep between 6 and 8 hours a day because if you are well rested your face will be fresh too. Also, liquids are necessary for a beautiful complexion. Drink plenty of water, unsweetened teas and freshly squeezed juices and your natural tan will soon be perfect so you wouldn’t need foundation anymore.

Potato mask for every skin type

You can make fantastic potato face masks for every skin type and it will be cheaper and more efficient. You can use baked potato with its skin, boiled or mashed potato. Potatoes contain ingredients that nurture the skin and you can achieve the best effects when you combine it with other beneficial foods.

Check out our face masks recipes intended for different skin types:

For oily skin – cook the potatoes and mash until you get porridge, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, a teaspoon of lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Apply the warm mask to clear skin on the face, neck and chest. It would be advisable to cover the face with foil to extend the effect of the warmth.

For dry skin – Mix the boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl with sour cream or milk with a higher percentage of fat, a spoonful of honey and a teaspoon of olive oil. Put the smooth warm mask on the skin of the face, neck, chest and hands which you have previously treated with a peeling. Cover them with foil to maintain moisture and heat. Rinse the mask after half an hour.

For tired and mature skin – In a bowl with mashed potatoes, add squashed kiwi, egg yolk, a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of cream. If the mask is too thick, add more cream. Apply the warm mask on your face, neck  and hands. After half an hour wash the mask and apply a nourishing cream, preferably an anti-aging.

For problematic skin with acne – Cook or bake a larger potato with skin. When it is half cooked, add onions in order to preserve the juices. Onions have a very healing effect, calms inflammation and draws pus from ulcers and acne. When the potatoes and onions are cooked, clean them and place in blender. Mix until you get a smooth mixture. Density can be regulated with lemon juice. Apply a thick layer of the warm mask  over the acne on the face and put the foil. Hold the mask as long as you can, preferably all night.

I have to say that wine and other alcoholic beverages are not recommended for certain diseases such as liver disease, stomach diseases, gout and should not be mixed with sedatives, sleeping pills, painkillers, because in this case wine can cause drowsiness, shortness of breath, and even coma.
In order to use the benefits from drinking red wine, I advise you to drink  1/3 to 1 glass of red wine every day.

Healthy muesli breakfast with apple – recipe

Breakfast activates and awakens the body and gives you the energy to start the day.
If you belong to the active a population, it is crucial that your first meal is rich in fiber, vitamins and foods that will give you energy and boost concentration.
If you want easy nutritious morning meal rich in vitamins and minerals, then you definitely need to try this healthy breakfast muesli with apples.

Ingredients for one person:

  • Half a cup of oat flakes
  • 1.5 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1.5 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 0.5 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Half grated apple

Preparation:

Simply mix all ingredients and add the yogurt and maple syrup.
