Aspirin – a miracle worker for health and beauty of the face

The problems on the facial skin (blackheads, acne and enlarged pores or blemishes) generally require great effort and perseverance in their treatment. In addition, it is necessary to adjust the treatment of not only the problem, but also the type of skin – therefore you need to cover more aspects!

The good news is that there is a tool that has solution for all of these problems and suits every skin type face! It is ASPIRIN! Depending on the type of problems and skin type you can combine it with other ingredients and get the perfect remedy! Here are a few different masks with aspirin.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are allergic to aspirin or any of the ingredients of aspirin you should not use any of these masks for the skin. Also, these masks are not recommended for pregnant women. Which problems can be treated with aspirin?

Aspirin can be used for the following skin problems:

– Blackheads, acne and pimples,
– Red spots on the face,
– Various forms of skin irritation,
– Sensitivity and skin flakes,
– Very greasy skin,
– Enlarged pores,

How often should you use aspirin for treatment?

In all the above mentioned types of skin problems, aspirin should be used once to a maximum of two times during the week.

How to use aspirin to treat skin problems?
Aspirin is used exclusively in the form of face masks. The way you prepare depends on the type of skin problems you want to solve.

1. Mask for healthy skin

If you want to nurture your skin and maintain healthy skin and thereby prevent any problems this is a mask for you!

Dissolve three effervescent aspirin tablets in a bowl of warm water. Apply the resultant mixture gently on the face and leave on for 10 minutes. After that, rinse the skin with lukewarm water and leave to dry naturally without the use of towels.

2. Mask for dry, irritated, scaly and sensitive skin

If you have dry, irritated and sensitive skin, which is further scaling this is the perfect solution for you!

Mix three tablets effervescent aspirin with a teaspoon of honey and a spoon of olive oil. Stir the ingredients until you get a compact mixture, and gently massage into the face. Leave for 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and dry naturally without the use of towels.

3. Mask for oily skin / skin with stains / skin with enlarged pores

You recognize some of these symptoms on your skin? This is a mask for you!

Mix three effervescent aspirin with spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir. The resulting mask apply to the face and leave on for 5-7 minutes. In 1l of warm water dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda and water, rinse the face. Let the skin dry naturally without the use of towels.

Homemade Suntan Oil With Carrots

For carefree sunbathing and fast tanning you do not need expensive products – just invest a little patience and get the appropriate foods. Keep in mind that fast tanning is not good, it is best if you expose yourself on the sun rays gradually.

Ingredients: One large carrot • 10 ml sunflower oil • 90 ml light sesame oil

Preparation: First dry the carrot to dehydrated and then to finely grate. Carrot must contain less fluid so later in the preparation would not have emerged mold. Mix grated carrot with sunflower oil, pour everything into a glass container and hold it for about two weeks – make sure that the carrot is covered with oil.

During that time, the carrots will be rid of beta-carotene in sunflower oil . Drain the oil and mix with sesame oil. Use it as you need. Sesame oil will protect the skin from burns, and beta-carotene from carrots will accelerate the production of melanin, which is responsible for tanning.

Light sesame oil has a protection factor of 8, so oil does not protect enough from the sun very sensitive skin, but for the recommended sun in the late afternoon and early morning hours will be enough.

1. Peel off mask – Vitamin C – You probably know that vitamin C has amazing effects for your immune system. In addition, it is also an excellent face cleanser and perfect ingredient for an effective peel-off mask.
Mix a bag of vitamin C powder (or 2 tablets) with almond milk until you get a thick paste. Rub the paste on your face and leave on. When you feel a tingling sensation, rinse your face with lukewarm water and apply a rose water tonic.
