How to find out if you have candida – a home test

Candida (Candida albicans) is one of the most common causes of fungal diseases of the skin, mucous membranes, nails and internal organs.
In humans it can occur at any age, but is most common in infants and the elderly.

This fungus is never found free in nature. It is a normal resident of man’s digestive organs. In healthy individuals it can be found in the mouth or vaginal mucosa, but only in the form of spores.

It is very important to discover candida timely and start the treatment immediately. We reveal causes of candida and a simple home test that you can do anytime. If you notice some of the listed irregularities, talk to your doctor and get tested for Candida.

Causes of Candida

You can get candida if your immune system is weakened. It is believed that the main reason for this phenomenon lies in the declining power of the immune system that is responsible for holding the population of Candida at a normal level. The best time to perform this test as soon as you wake up in the morning. In the morning, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth, pour water into a transparent glass, collect the saliva in the mouth and spit it out into the water.
Wait 10 minutes and see what happens with the saliva.

Fast, delicious and healthy quinoa breakfast! Belive me if you try it, you would love it! Invest 30 minutes of your time and make this awesome recipe for yourself.

The ingredients you need or this quinoa breakfast are:

 

Per serving

 

 

 

 

2 cups of almond milk

1 cup of quinoa

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Fresh fruit and honey, depends of you r taste! ( I prefer, peach, banana, and strawberries)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Now what you need to do?

Place quinoa in a pan, add the almond milk and add a pinch of salt, pour one cup of water and bring it to boil. It should be boiling for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes your quinoa is ready. Just add a bit of cinnamon powder,honey and fresh fruit! Bon appetite!

Potato mask for every skin type

You can make fantastic potato face masks for every skin type and it will be cheaper and more efficient. You can use baked potato with its skin, boiled or mashed potato. Potatoes contain ingredients that nurture the skin and you can achieve the best effects when you combine it with other beneficial foods.

Check out our face masks recipes intended for different skin types:

For oily skin – cook the potatoes and mash until you get porridge, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, a teaspoon of lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Apply the warm mask to clear skin on the face, neck and chest. It would be advisable to cover the face with foil to extend the effect of the warmth.

For dry skin – Mix the boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl with sour cream or milk with a higher percentage of fat, a spoonful of honey and a teaspoon of olive oil. Put the smooth warm mask on the skin of the face, neck, chest and hands which you have previously treated with a peeling. Cover them with foil to maintain moisture and heat. Rinse the mask after half an hour.

For tired and mature skin – In a bowl with mashed potatoes, add squashed kiwi, egg yolk, a teaspoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon of cream. If the mask is too thick, add more cream. Apply the warm mask on your face, neck  and hands. After half an hour wash the mask and apply a nourishing cream, preferably an anti-aging.

For problematic skin with acne – Cook or bake a larger potato with skin. When it is half cooked, add onions in order to preserve the juices. Onions have a very healing effect, calms inflammation and draws pus from ulcers and acne. When the potatoes and onions are cooked, clean them and place in blender. Mix until you get a smooth mixture. Density can be regulated with lemon juice. Apply a thick layer of the warm mask  over the acne on the face and put the foil. Hold the mask as long as you can, preferably all night.

5. Wine can be used for relaxation during stressful situations, because it contains a certain amount of magnesium which acts calming.

I have to say that wine and other alcoholic beverages are not recommended for certain diseases such as liver disease, stomach diseases, gout and should not be mixed with sedatives, sleeping pills, painkillers, because in this case wine can cause drowsiness, shortness of breath, and even coma.
In order to use the benefits from drinking red wine, I advise you to drink  1/3 to 1 glass of red wine every day.

Healthy muesli breakfast with apple – recipe

All nutritionists claim that breakfast is the most important meal.
Breakfast activates and awakens the body and gives you the energy to start the day.
If you belong to the active a population, it is crucial that your first meal is rich in fiber, vitamins and foods that will give you energy and boost concentration.
If you want easy nutritious morning meal rich in vitamins and minerals, then you definitely need to try this healthy breakfast muesli with apples.

Ingredients for one person:

  • Half a cup of oat flakes
  • 1.5 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1.5 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 0.5 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Half grated apple

Preparation:

Simply mix all ingredients and add the yogurt and maple syrup.

How to cope with disappointments?

Disappointment is part of  life and none of us is resistant to it. Whether it is a businessman who lost some important deal or a teenager who lost his chance to date a girl. Everyone experienced the bitter taste of the disappointment at least once.

But without that experience people would not be able to appreciate the small victories. Disappointment makes us stand firmly on the ground, but also motivate us to try harder next time.

How to cope with disappointment?

  • Do not create pressure on yourself

People often can not accept that they did something wrong, so they analyze the situation to the point of not being able to move on. It is important to accept things as they are and move on. The overthinking of the situation only leads to deeper tiredness.

  • Take a breath and see things from another perspective

Sometimes we can not see the things as they are because of the many emotions we feel at the time. Therefore, it is important to stand to the side and see things from another perspective. When emotions calm down, perhaps you may see a situation where you can turn it in your favor.

  • Disappointment does not define you

If you the  girl / guy  refused your invitation for a or  you didn’t get a raise, that does not mean that something is wrong with you. Even if you fail at first, it does not mean you have to blame yourself for the failure. You should understand it as a bad day, but never allow a failure to define you. It should motivate you to be more persistent.

  • Disappointment is a lesson for the future

Although it leaves bitter taste in the mouth, disappointment is an opportunity to see what exactly you are doing wrong and how it can be improved. Sometimes the smallest change in the strategy can contribute to big results.

Exercise for firm buttocks and better body posture!

Each of us dreams of a perfect firm buttocks and slender spindly legs, right? If you have these attributes than certainly your jeans, skirts and shorts will suit you much better. However, hardly anyone of us is born with these attributes, so if you really want to have your dream buttocks and legs then you definitely have to start working out!
Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you have to spend hours and hours on the treadmill or doing dozens of squats. There is an exercise that is easy to do, even beginners can easily practice  it and it perfectly targets exactly the desired parts of the body and activates the muscles of the buttocks, thighs and hamstrings, and also it tightens the stomach.

The exercise is called ,,Bridge ”.
See how it works and what other benefits it brings to your body.
The exercise is extremely simple, and more than effective, so we recommend that you do at least a series of 10 every other day.
Lie on your back, place your hands along your body or spread them apart at a straight angle. Bend the knees, put the feet as close to the buttocks and start to lift the hips.

You can make a combination of long and short movements, holding your hips 3 seconds each time you raise them.
If you want to target the calfs too, then put the feet at the position of the fingers when you lift your hips.
Also, if you want to increase the intensity of the exercise use a pilates ball. Lift the legs on the ball while the body is lying on the floor and do the same principle – raise your hips.

Customize the number of repetitions to your preferences, but be sure that increase the number of repetitions every week.

Take more protein

Let your food be as rich with protein as possible. You can eat eggs, meat, beans, peas … You may also take supplements and protein shakes.

B complex is essential when it comes to the health of your hair, skin and nails. It is incredibly effective for strengthening the nails. Therefore, take as much as possible through food (egg yolk, liver, green leafy vegetables, peanuts …) or as a supplement. Vitamin B may not accelerate the growth of the nail, but will contribute to their strength and elasticity, and thus prevent them from cracking.
