And here’s how this method works:

First and foremost you should have a brush (the ideal would be if it is harder) for massaging cellulite. These can be purchased in all well stocked shops of cosmetics.

There are many different shapes, materials and design, the most important thing is the brush you buy is just for that purpose because it is specially designed to massage the skin with cellulite.

Here’s what you should do to solve cellulite:

Every day before you shower, take brush in hand and massage the entire body, paying most attention of course to the region where the cellulite appear. It should not be massaged less than 5 minutes.

The movements are circular, counter-clockwise and slow.On the area where you have cellulite bring a little more attention, detail massaging every inch of skin.

Why it is recommended that this massage works on dry skin?

If you are nervous, frustrated because you have no solution to remove cellulite from your thighs, buttocks or abdomen, please do not feel that way – 90% of the woman have faced this problem. Not only a big number of woman have faced it, but a big number of woman are facing it at the moment and believe me I know It is a mood changer. I did nice research and now I’ll share with you what I’ve found.

First of all, what causes the cellulite!

Even after numerous investigations, experts are not unanimous in defining the cellulite, but all of them agree that under certain factor the chance of gaining cellulite are enormous. This means that strict diets and starvation won’t help the cellulite problem it will only harm your metabolism. Sudden weigh loss will just ruin your skin and it may cause stretch marks.

For its preparation you will need: 250 grams of salt. 250 grams of sugar and 100-150 ml palm or coconut oil.

It is true this treatment is a little unpleasant, but it is very effective, and we have to work hard for beauty.

The weather gets better and better, not to mention that summer is coming so we need to get ready for swimwear. Everybody wants to look good and eliminate the excessive weight and cellulite that accumulated due to unhealthy diet.
The treatment is called contrast shower.

Contrast shower is the process of switching/changing the temperature from hot to cold water and back again.

The hot water on your body affects the expansion of blood vessels and lymph, while cold water narrows them. They both have positive effects on our health, which is why the combination of hot and cold water in the shower is an excellent treatment against cellulite, because it improves circulation and it is an efficient detoxification treatment.
How does contrast showers work?

Contrast showers boosts lymph drainage and restore blood to the heart. This affects the efficient elimination of toxins and harmful substances from the cells that are routed through the bloodstream to the liver and kidneys.
Cellulite is the result of six factors – weakened circulation and lymphatic drainage, chronic inflammation, accumulation of toxins in our body, relaxation of the skin, accumulation of fat and weak tissue regeneration. Contrast showering directly influences the first three factors – improves circulation, the tissues receive more oxygen and nutrients while simultaneously releasing the toxins and waste. The hot water expands the arteries and veins, which increases the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the cells. On the other hand, showering with only hot water can cause side effects such as water retention in the body and chronic inflammation.

So, the best solution is to combine hot and cold water in the shower. You don’t have to make any sudden changes in the temperature. Let’s say – start showering with warm hot, then gradually reduce to cold. Then gradually return to hot water and repeat this process until the end of the shower. It is recommended that you finish showering with cold water in order to make the effects last longer.
