FAST technique for getting rid of cellulite – ready for the summer!

August 8, 2015 by Amy Brown

Cellulite is every woman nightmare! How could it not be when it makes the skin like orange peel. But do not despair!

There are many successful methods and preparation for its elimination, but today’s post is for a very fast technique for removing cellulite!

We present to you a method called “dry brushing”.

Why is this method proved to be one of the most effective in removing cellulite?

The expert, Dr. Carla Hutchinson explains, “When you apply this massage technique on the area of skin with cellulite, you actually accelerating its successful removal.”

And here’s how this method works:

First and foremost you should have a brush (the ideal would be if it is harder) for massaging cellulite. These can be purchased in all well stocked shops of cosmetics.

There are many different shapes, materials and design, the most important thing is the brush you buy is just for that purpose because it is specially designed to massage the skin with cellulite.

Here’s what you should do to solve cellulite:

Every day before you shower, take brush in hand and massage the entire body, paying most attention of course to the region where the cellulite appear. It should not be massaged less than 5 minutes.

The movements are circular, counter-clockwise and slow.On the area where you have cellulite bring a little more attention, detail massaging every inch of skin.

Why it is recommended that this massage works on dry skin?

The answer is simple: to remove dead cells from the skin (and thus prepared for the bath and lotions after bathing) and to encourage better blood circulation in your skin. This circulation is crucial because it helps the formation of new cells in the dermis and epidermis.

Also, due to the circulation, your pores will open and later when you put various lotions and preparations will aid in efficient absorption of their nutrients under the skin.

But how the massage itself helps in removing the cellulite?

The answer lies in the temporary “swelling” of the skin, resulting in that it removed its swelling layer cellulite.Of course, this is instant removal of cellulite, when you are somewhere in a hurry and you have to quickly hide it.

Another great advantage of this is that cellulite massage helps improve circulation of the legs (which as we have said helps regenerate cells and creating new ones), tightening the skin and absorb the lotion. So it is in any case worth it to apply this method every day.

But if you apply this method regularly (every day) will solve the cellulite problem permanently!

3 treatments with honey for a complete skin care

July 13, 2015 by Sheila Smith

Honey is a natural humectant for the skin. The enzymes in raw honey clean pores and make them less visible.
We present to you 3 fantastic and natural treatments for the face that will help clear the skin of all impurities that we are piling up due to stress, dirty air and bad food!

1. Face mask that hydrates and nourishes the skin

face mask that hydrates and nourishes the skin

Mix two tablespoons of honey and two teaspoons of milk. Heat the mixture in the microwave about 20 seconds, then apply it on your face with the fingers. Let it stand 10 minutes, then rinse with water.
Honey is an excellent antiseptic and helps reduce wrinkles, and the milk contains lactic acid, protein, fat, vitamins A and D, which are effective in eliminating the dead cells and prevent skin irritation.

2. Skin brightening exfoliator

2. Skin brightening exfoliator

Mix together two tablespoons of oats, two spoons of honey and a tablespoon of warm water. It would be best to grind the oats in a blender (this will be more effective for exfoliation). Apply the scrub on your face and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Then rinse with water.
Oats will harden on your face, so you will need to rub harder when you remove it and this will make more efficient peeling. Honey can brighten the skin, its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties can help reduce the visibility of scars and tissue regeneration.

3. Rejuvenating and calming skin treatment

Reach the desired tan in no time this summer – foods that affect the production of melanin

July 12, 2015 by Sheila Smith

Finally it’s sunbathing season and we just can not wait to get that nice tanned complexion.
In order to get the golden-brown tan as soon as possible, we should not fry in the sun for hours, because with a tanned complexion you can also get a number of skin problems such as burns, irritations, allergies, depigmentation, but also more serious diseases such as skin cancer!
There are far healthier ways to speed up the production of melanin – the pigment in the skin. The main function of melanin is to protect the skin from excessive exposure to harmful UV radiation. Therefore, it is very important and beneficial for the skin health!
To foster and accelerate the natural production you need to eat the right foods. Check out the list of foods that affect the production of melanin, start consuming them regularly and get that perfect tan you always wanted to have!

1. Foods of animal origin – Foods of animal origin contain many nutrients that affect the production of melanin. One of the most important mineral is copper. It is an essential for the body in very small amounts, but certainly its presence in the cells is crucial. Copper affects the production of melanin, and elastin, which gives the skin elasticity and provides a toned look. You can find it in oysters, mussels, animal innards – especially the liver, as well as feathered animals – chicken, turkey. Dairy products such as cheese and milk are also rich in copper.

Reach the desired tan in no time this summer - foods that affect the production of melanin

2. Soybeans and seeds – Soy affects the production of melanin thanks to the nutrient called tyrosine. This is an amino acid that affects the formation of proteins in the organism. This nutrient, can be found in soybeans and products made from it, but also in various other seeds – pumpkin, sesame and green beans.

3. Other foods – Many other foods contain copper and tyrosine, which are the main responsible nutrients for the production of melanin. So you should introduce more nuts and legumes, especially almonds, peanuts and beans in your diet. Dark leafy vegetables also can be helpful, as well as avocados, bananas, whole grain cereals and chocolate (dark).

NOTE – If you want to speed up the process, you can take supplements of the mentioned nutrients (copper and tyrosine), but you MUST consult a Reach the desired tan in no time this summer - foods that affect the production of melanindoctor before using them!

July 10, 2015 by Kelly Bennet

If you are nervous, frustrated because you have no solution to remove cellulite from your thighs, buttocks or abdomen, please do not feel that way – 90% of the woman have faced this problem. Not only a big number of woman have faced it, but a big number of woman are facing it at the moment and believe me I know It is a mood changer. I did nice research and now I’ll share with you what I’ve found.

First of all, what causes the cellulite!

Even after numerous investigations, experts are not unanimous in defining the cellulite, but all of them agree that under certain factor the chance of gaining cellulite are enormous. This factors are personal( genetic predisposition, slow metabolism, certain hormonal disorders and poor circulation) but most of them are changeable with healthy lifestyle, healthy diet, and physical activity.

Therefore change of the lifestyle, but also the menu and using some home made creams, and cellulite exercises are the solution.

Just know that the cellulite problem is not problem that only overweight people have, on contrary it is also problem to the skinny people too. This means that strict diets and starvation won’t help the cellulite problem it will only harm your metabolism. Sudden weigh loss will just ruin your skin and it may cause stretch marks.

Solving the cellulite problem!

In this part We will pay attention on the diet that can help us lose cellulite !

If you want to alleviate the problem, diet rich in vitamins that strengthen the connective tissue are preferred. The best vitamins to do that is vitamin C and vitamin B

Studies have shown that vitamin C, that is really great antioxidant, also reduces the level of fat in the blood, strengthens the blood vessels and the connective tissue. Lack of this vitamin, which can be found in fruit and vegetables, can cause weakening of the blood vessels as well varicose veins.

Vitamin B6 also helps to strengthen the connective tissue, and acts as natural diuretic( it eliminates the substances that make cellulite more visible). It is found in green leafy vegetables, legumes, chicken, fish and bananas, and it is essential for the proper adsorption of zinc. Specifically this vitamin is very important to be taken with calcium, it stimulates the secretion of collagen, a constituent part of the connective tissue.

How to use antioxidants to remove cellulite!

Foods full of antioxidants neutralize the free radicals and help the regeneration of damaged tissue. In addition to vitamins, antioxidants act as polyphenols and bioflavonoids. Most of them are easy to find in fruits like: apples, pears, red berries and fruit of citrus. When it comes to vegetables, green vegetables are especially recommended because they are rich in fiber, but also carrots, because they contain vitamins A and E.

Solving the cellulite problem, veggetables diet!

Solving the cellulite problem with the help of lecithin and fatty acids!

Lecithin prevents the accumulation of fat in the walls of the blood vessel, at the same time restoring the damaged tissue. You will consume enough of it if you incorporate soy, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, cauliflower in your diet. On the other hand, fatty acids help in the feed of water to the damaged cells and connective tissue cells and stimulate hydration. There are nice amount of fatty acids in nuts, sea fish, flax seeds .. broccoli, spinach and peas are also rich in healthy fatty acids that regenerate damaged connective tissue.

Solving the cellulite problem!

Solving the cellulite problem with protein!

Instead of pork, incorporate chicken or turkey in your diet. Protein from these meats stimulate the secretion of collagen, which tightens the connective tissue around the fat cells and makes the skin look smoother. Eggs, fish and skim milk are also rich in protein, and if you’re a fan of a vegetarian diet, you can have proteins trough eating green leafy vegetables, nuts or wheat. Vegetarians certainly better know how to remove cellulite from the stomach, because they are rarely obese.

Solving the cellulite problem, proteins good for it!

Solving the cellulite problem with water!

Do not try to get rid of cellulite if you are not willing to consume enough water. Studies have shown that it is less noticeable on a healthy, hydrated skin, so the water is essential to improve the appearance. This precious liquid is not calorific, and to some extent causes the feeling of satiety. It is also recommended to eat juicy fruits and vegetables, such as melons, grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers …

Top 3 Vegetables Which Eliminate Cellulite

July 7, 2015 by Amy Brown

In the fight against cellulite, the most important is a healthy diet with plenty of fruit, but it must not forget the vegetables. Vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals that are necessary for the establishment and strengthening of connective tissue.

Diet based on vegetables, combined with a lower intake of sugars (simple carbohydrates), ie higher protein intake and water, helps in the establishment of normal levels of estrogen in the blood and normalization of blood sugar, which are also important factors against cellulite.

Remember that in the fight against cellulite, and unwanted weight, you need to permanently change eating habits. Fundamental change in diet can certainly help your connective tissue to be stronger and the ugly bumps on the skin of the buttocks and thighs to be reduced.

Top 3 Vegetables Which Eliminate Cellulite

Why vegetables?

Fresh vegetables contain more vitamin C than some fruits. Given that vitamin C plays a major role in the establishment and strengthening of connective tissue, the best thing to do with the desire for smooth skin on the body’s daily menu is to include vegetables in your meals, especially fresh.

Let salad of fresh vegetables become part of yours everyday life, also try to include cooked vegetables in your lunch and dinner. Fresh spinach, red peppers, broccoli, kale, sprouts and parsley are truly vitamin C “bombs”.

On connective tissue strengthening affect certain amino acids and selenium, which are also found in many fruits and vegetables. Potassium, in turn, helps against fluid retention and harmful substances in the cells, and among the vegetables that are rich in potassium are tomatoes, cauliflower and asparagus.

We present you the vegetables that are the best 3 when it comes to fighting cellulite.

Top 3 Vegetables Which Eliminate CelluliteTop 3 Vegetables Which Eliminate CelluliteTop 3 Vegetables Which Eliminate Cellulite

Sweet potatoes

This is one of the oldest vegetables and is one of the most nutritious and healthiest types, ideal against cellulite. Contains potassium, vitamin C and E and beta carotene. Sweet potato is number one among the vegetables in improving circulation and elimination of toxins, it is actually two most important things when you want to remove the cellulite.

Broccoli

Broccoli is a great fighter against cellulite because of three reasons. First, broccoli contains alpha lipoic acid, which helps to prevent hardening of collagen. Second, broccoli is a concentrated source of vitamin C and is an excellent source of dietary fiber. And third, it is one of the best sources of calcium among foods that are not milk, making it a great fighter against cellulite.

Brussels sprouts

Brussels sprouts are excellent in the fight against cellulite. Despite the large amount of vitamin C they contain material which is called indole-3-carbinol (I3C), which once inserted into the body through food, it turns into di-indolyl methane (DIM), which helps the enzymes in the liver to block the production of 16-OH estrogen, which is responsible for the deterioration of collagen.

Get rid of cellulite using apple cider wrap!

July 6, 2015 by Sheila Smith

If you haven’t been active this winter, but you have a lot of sitting you probably have cellulite. And that means long struggle to get rid of it. There are effective solutions such as proper nutrition, exercise and massage. However, many women have problems with deep cellulite, which can not easily be removed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct regular in-depth treatments for cellulite removal. Although it is a known fact that these treatments and massages are very expensive, we have found an alternative that you can do at home!

Today we present to you vinegar wraps. They have proven to be an excellent solution in the fight against cellulite. Within a few hours they remove the surface cellulite, and if you use them regularly they will remove the deep cellulite too! For this wraps you ONLY need 2 ingredients, that you must have at home!

Ingredients:

  • body lotion
  • apple cider

body lotion + apple cider

Extras:

  • towel
  • transparent foil

Preparation:
Mix a quarter cup of body lotion and a tablespoon of apple cider. Stir the ingredients until they are well combined. The next step you’re doing is very important if you want effective results! Wet the towel with cold water, squeeze it and then put it on the part of the body that you want to wrap in foil later for a few minutes. It is important that the water is as cold as possible to further “open the pores” of the skin (the myth is that the pores are opened and closed, and because there is no muscle tissue around them, they can only be slightly relaxed and cold water promotes better circulation of the body which actually makes better absorption of all the nutrients). This will help the in-depth treatment of cellulite. After a few minutes, apply the mixture on your skin, but do not rub! Wrap tightly with the transparent foil (we recommend that you wrap in several layers of foil) and leave it for about 6 hours.

You can move with the wraps, but we recommend to reduce movement to a minimum so the foil will not move out of place.

You can wrap any part of the body where cellulite occurs. Also, for more effective and faster results, we recommend that you repeat this treatment at least 3 times a week. In addition, you should moisturize the skin and do some kind of physical activity.

Homemade Suntan Oil With Carrots

June 30, 2015 by Amy Brown

For carefree sunbathing and fast tanning you do not need expensive products – just invest a little patience and get the appropriate foods. Keep in mind that fast tanning is not good, it is best if you expose yourself on the sun rays gradually.

Ingredients: One large carrot • 10 ml sunflower oil • 90 ml light sesame oil

Preparation: First dry the carrot to dehydrated and then to finely grate. Carrot must contain less fluid so later in the preparation would not have emerged mold. Mix grated carrot with sunflower oil, pour everything into a glass container and hold it for about two weeks – make sure that the carrot is covered with oil.

During that time, the carrots will be rid of beta-carotene in sunflower oil . Drain the oil and mix with sesame oil. Use it as you need. Sesame oil will protect the skin from burns, and beta-carotene from carrots will accelerate the production of melanin, which is responsible for tanning.

Light sesame oil has a protection factor of 8, so oil does not protect enough from the sun very sensitive skin, but for the recommended sun in the late afternoon and early morning hours will be enough.
