All you need to do put them into a blender till you get nice mixture and add a bit water so it becomes drinkable.

Get rid of cellulite using apple cider wrap!

If you haven’t been active this winter, but you have a lot of sitting you probably have cellulite. And that means long struggle to get rid of it. There are effective solutions such as proper nutrition, exercise and massage. However, many women have problems with deep cellulite, which can not easily be removed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct regular in-depth treatments for cellulite removal. Although it is a known fact that these treatments and massages are very expensive, we have found an alternative that you can do at home!

Today we present to you vinegar wraps. They have proven to be an excellent solution in the fight against cellulite. Within a few hours they remove the surface cellulite, and if you use them regularly they will remove the deep cellulite too! For this wraps you ONLY need 2 ingredients, that you must have at home!

Ingredients:

  • body lotion
  • apple cider

Extras:

  • towel
  • transparent foil

Preparation:
Mix a quarter cup of body lotion and a tablespoon of apple cider. Stir the ingredients until they are well combined. The next step you’re doing is very important if you want effective results! Wet the towel with cold water, squeeze it and then put it on the part of the body that you want to wrap in foil later for a few minutes. It is important that the water is as cold as possible to further “open the pores” of the skin (the myth is that the pores are opened and closed, and because there is no muscle tissue around them, they can only be slightly relaxed and cold water promotes better circulation of the body which actually makes better absorption of all the nutrients). This will help the in-depth treatment of cellulite. After a few minutes, apply the mixture on your skin, but do not rub! Wrap tightly with the transparent foil (we recommend that you wrap in several layers of foil) and leave it for about 6 hours.

You can move with the wraps, but we recommend to reduce movement to a minimum so the foil will not move out of place.

You can wrap any part of the body where cellulite occurs. Also, for more effective and faster results, we recommend that you repeat this treatment at least 3 times a week. In addition, you should moisturize the skin and do some kind of physical activity.

Healthy zucchini pizza – recipe

We all love pizza, but it can be a very caloric, all that tasty and crunchy dough has more than a few calories. But, what about a healthier version, where instead of the dough we use zucchini? Trust us when we say that this recipe is simply DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:

  • zucchini
  • parmesan
  • mozarella
  • tomato sauce
  • spices
  • pepperoni

Preparation:

Cut the squash in half (lengthwise) and then leave them on the side for half an hour to dry a little.

Put the zucchini on a baking pan, then add the tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients of your choice and taste.

Bake at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes or until the cheese melts.

Serve with a glass of white wine and enjoy the symphony of flavors!
Additional suggestion: instead of cutting the zucchini lengthwise, you can cut them into rings and make mini pizzas!

3-step exercise to tighten your whole body

Regular exercise is not just good for your looks, it also improves the overall condition of the body, improves the health and psychological condition, it is also excellent in fighting depression and prevents numerous diseases.
Exercise will give you confidence when it comes to physical appearance, but it will improve your posture and other spheres of life.
You should think about physical activity on a daily basis as a small deposit on the account of psycho-physical health, which can only do you good. That’s why you need to work out even 15 minutes a day!
Today we present to you a 3-step exercise that affects the muscles of the whole body – 5 minutes every day and you will quickly notice the results.

Position # 1 – Go in a plank position – straighten the spine – legs, buttocks, back and head should be in the same line. Look at the floor.

Position # 2 – Pick up one hand high above your head, turn the whole body to the side and look at the hand. Hold this position for 1 minute.

Position # 3 – Return to the starting position, then lift the other hand and repeat the pose on the other side.

It is always best if you make it your self. There is big choice of almond oils in the shop, but believe me if you want to have the right one, you must make it your self.

Why using almond oil?

Almond oil is extremely healthy and beneficial. It contains no cholesterol and it is rich with vitamins and trace elements that are dissolved and easily accessible to our bodies. Almond milk is one of the best possible milks, since it does not contains cholesterol, and consists 20% protein. This milk contains more milk then the spinach.

In addition, this milk is a source of phosphorus, which we really need for our teeth and bones. It has 4 times more calcium then the cow’s milk. On 100 g milk it has 370 mg calcium. Also it contains pottasium, zinc, copper, iron, group B vitamins and manganese.

Why should you drink it?

Doctor recommends it for safe and faster healing of ulcers. Almond milk stimulates the secretion of bile and gall bladder emptying. It also stimulates the bowel and is used for chronic colitis and constipation. It has easy laxative effect. By drinking 1 glass of this milk you are preventing diseases of the gastrointestinal track.

Almond milk is used in colds, asthma, insomnia, impotence, anemia. It is excelent source of energy, supports the brain activity and strengthens the memory. The moderate levels of vitamin A in the milk strengthens the vision and influence the capability of the eyes of adjusting to the different lighting conditions.

A glas of almond milk contains 50% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin E- antioxidant that reduces the growth of free radicals that may cause cancer.

There are plenty of B vitamins and iron that are necessary for growth and healthy functioning of the muscular tissue . Almond milk does not contains lactose so you can drink as much as you want without fear of digestive disorders.

And for the end it contains a very few calories(1 cup= 40 calories) does not contains saturated fat that makes it very useful in our diets. The pure almond milk provides helthy skin and hair.

Now the preparation

You will need:

Blender or juicer

1 cup of raw almonds, which you can find( I prefer organic almonds)

3-4 glasses of water

And strainer

Preparation:

Soak the almonds in water and let them soak nicely during the night. In the morning spill the water nicel. Put the almonds in a bowl, and pour them with water( preferably filtered or bottled water) around 3-4 cups of water. After that put them in the blender and blend them about 2 minutes. Strain them with the strainer and put it in bottles made from glass. It can stay in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.You can sweeten the milk with honey, or add cinnamon, cocoa or vanilla.

Important! : The mixture that is left from straining process is not GARBAGE! You can prepare marzipan cake with it, add it in the muesli, or dry it out and get almond flour. From the mixture also you an make moisturizing facial mask, if you add a little cream and honey. This mask is used the next way: Apply it on the skin 10-15 minutes, then clean the skin with water. PS: your skin will love you ๐Ÿ™‚

As you can see the benefits of this milk are invaluable, because it contains a lot of nutrients that are essential!

We present you advises based on ayurveda, they are very simple and really seem like something you intuitively know – but let us remind you.

1. First of all, when you drink water – sit down (just as you should sit down when you eat).

2. Drink in small sips: take a small sip of water, swallow, breathe in, breathe out. Repeat.

3. Take the sips throughout the day. If you drink too much water at once, the body would not absorbed it – most simply pass through you.

4. Drink water at least at room temperature. It is even better if the water is warm. Cold, especially icy water literally lowers the digestive temperature and that is contributing to the slow digestion.

5. Drink very little, when you are eating. Drinking too much water while eating, interferes with digestion. Remember this rule: 50 percent of the stomach fill with food, 25 percent with water and 25 percent it is free for digestive juices and the digestion process.

6. For the same reason, do not drink too much before or after a meal.

7. Drink when you are thirsty. Thirst is a natural sign that your body needs water.

The human body has its own measuring system: thirst. If you’re thirsty – drink water. If you are led by your own thirst and sipping a little during the day, you will drink the proper amount of water.

For those that on periods, or often have swollen eyes and dark circles I came on on a homemade mask that works fine for me.

This problem is well known to many of us. Swelling eyes and dark circles are very often phenomenon, I suggest you try this mask of aloe and cucumber.

The mask will not only help you in the removal the dark circles under the eyes, but will also perfectly hydrate and refresh the skin, give it nice tone, healthy appearance, tenderness and softness.

The DIY mask against dark circles and bloated eyes recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of juice(or gel) from aloe
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh juice of cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond oil(Homemade almond oil recipe here)
  • Bit vegetable starch by choice (cornstarch will do it)

Preparation

Slowly mix the aloe juice, cucumber juie and the almond oil. Add slowly the cornstarch so the mixture density is thick.

The mask effectively solves the problem with the dark circles and bloated eyes, that is checked ๐Ÿ™‚

With gentle movements add the mixture around the eye. Hold it for 10-15 minutes, it is important not to wait to long so the mask is dried thoroughly. Rinse with cool water. Apply a good moisture cream.

The mask can be used every day, and you can continue using it as a prevention.

Exercises For Flat and Firm Belly

If you are going to the gym because you want to have flat and firm belly and this act is taking bunch of your time there is another way, another simple exercises with whom you will achieve the desired shape of your belly at home. Keep in mind that, to achieve nice results you will need to workout at least 3 times a week. Also i advise that you do not begin with exercising util 2-3 hours after eating.

These exercises to lose weight are not so well known,even they will look very familiar on the first look, so pay attention. It is important to preform the exercises correctly and you feel every movement of the abdominal muscles. The more fat you are you will have more troubles to finish the exercises, but do not at any mean get disappointed, eventually you will have great effects and everything will go smoothly. So the first thing that you must know is : DON’T GIVE UP!

Lay down on the floor with the knees bent and slightly spread.flat belly 1

Firmly press with your back on te ground. Grasp the hands on the inner site of your thighs and push them away from your self.

Raising the head forward – take the shoulders of the floor, but be careful so your spine does not hard. In this position move the upper part of the body back about 10-15 cm. The movements should feel free and slow. All the time your head should be directed upwards. Do this exercise three times and then rest a bit in laying position. Do it 3 more times.

 

 

Flat belly 2Laying on the floor in the same position, lift the legs about 10-15 cm from the floor. Lift your head and your shoulders, directing into the ceiling.

If you are able, keep the legs straighten up without help of your hands. Filly extend your arms in front of you. Don’t forget that the lower part of the back and the buttocks should be firmly lying on the floor

Again in the same position lying, raise both legs should gently lying on the floor.

 

 

Again in the same position raise both legs. Include them and flat belly 3pull your knees toward your head and shoulders.

Now put your hands and feet and hold them up as much as long as you can. Gently rock the upper body – about 15 cm forward and back again. Do this about 100 times. If you have problems with the legs or the muscles can not stand up the exercises you can bend the knees.

Fruit waters, perfect summer refreshment!

Well it is simple water is life, and we all must drink water ๐Ÿ™‚ . The minimal water that we need to drink on daily basis is 2 liters, that is equal to 8 glasses of water. Drinking this 8 glasses of water sometimes is becoming boring and unconsciously we do not want to drink this amount of water, so we forget to do so.

This problem can be simply solved by making the water tasting and looking great. The water with natural fruit flavors is perfectly the thing we need to achieve this and is the perfectly healthy refreshment for the summer times. Make large quantities and store it to a freezer and you can enjoy drinking water from tomorrow.

Here is some of the ideas I use at home

You will need:

  • Fruit every flavor you love, except bananas ๐Ÿ™‚ , when you are picking your fruit pay attention so it is not damaged.
  • Herbs – here also you an follow your own taste, but to be sure the best flavors for me and i believe for you are mint and ginger
  • Jar or Jug
  • Scoop or big spoon
  • And the last but most important! Water ( and preferably ice cubes )(:

Now the preparation:

  1. Dice the fruits in cubes, combine citrus or berries for the best, and never have more then 1/3 of the jar filled with fruits.
  2. Use the scoop or the spoon to tap the fruit slowly so it releases flavor but not vigorously so it does not became smoothie!
  3. Put ice cubes into the jar almost fill it with them after all they are just water. Now fill the jar with water to the top.

Thus prepared water you can drink now, but it is for the best you leave it to rest into the fridge for at least 6 hours.

DIY homemade peel cream for softer skin and cellulite and stretch marks improvement!

Beautiful body goes with beautiful skin. For all those that want to DIY, and all those who do not want chemicals, You should definitely try this peelings.

With help of the home made peelings, not only you will clean your skin and help it regenerate it self, you can also improve the stretch marks and the cellulite. This simple sugar-salt peeling, will absolutely help you, and you will feel results with really budget affordable resources.

Go homemade peeling against stretch mark and cellulite, lets prepare it!

For its preparation you will need: 250 grams of salt. 250 grams of sugar and 100-150 ml palm or coconut oil.

It is best if you use sea salt, cos it is richer with iodine and trace elements whom are contributing to the skin renewal.

Mix the sugar(250 g) salt(250g) and the oil (100ml) and continue mixing till you get thick yogurt.

Usu the scrub every night when showering, at least scrub the troubled parts of the skin, massaging in circular motion for 2-3 minutes each. After that wash it our with warm water. After the procedure you should add moisturizing cream or lotion. Here is a link to the lotion that I recommend and it is also homemade ๐Ÿ™‚

After a month of regular use of the peels you will notice that the stretch marks and the cellulite become less noticeable and your skin will be soft like a baby skin. When you see positive effects do not stop by any mean, it is possible it completely removes the stretch marks and the cellulite.

Vacuumed stomach – exercise for slimmer waist and flat stomach

There is simple and clever technique that is also actively used in yoga. It allows you in a very short time (3-4 weeks) to straighten up your abdominal muscles from inside and make your waist thinner.

With a bit patience and tenacity you will achieve the wished effect. The minimum numbers of repetitions is 5. At the beginning you will need time to keep the abdominal muscles tense, but in time you will need less effort to control them.

Soo here is the exercise for tummy tuck:

1. Starting position: lie on your back with arms along the body, the knees bent and the foots on the floor. With muscles relaxed, slowly exhale, releasing the air you have.

2. Freed from the air, slowly start to strain the muscles of the stomach, truing to suck as much as you can on the inside. When you do this you should not be breathing. Freeze up the movement of the lower part of the abdomen for 10-15 seconds, then start to inhale in small breaths, but continue to pull back the stomach.Yoga Tune-up with Jill Miller

3. Taking small breaths, do not rush to relax the stomach – strain the stomach muscles and hold for 15 seconds. Then reinsert the stomach, maintaining the muscle tension.

4. Exhale relax the stomach and do a few free inhales and exhales, Now again release the air from the lungs and the stomach as much as possible. Stretch the muscles of the stomach, and then eject the belly up without breathing.

Repeat this exercise at least 5 times.

Thanks to this exercise you will significantly strengthen the internal abdominal muscles, which will lead to reduction in the abdomen and waist looks.
